Make a date with Nature - nature journaling

Want to get started with nature journaling? This little guidebook will show you how - By Paula Peeters

Nature journaling is a relaxing and fun way to connect with the natural world. You don’t need to be super-fit, or travel far to do it. Nature journaling improves your powers of observation and ability to see beauty and detail. It’s useful for collecting wildlife sightings and it also allows you to playfully explore your creative side.

But perhaps you don’t know where to start? Or you’re worried that you can’t draw or write? No problems! Make a Date with Nature: An introduction to nature journaling will show you that anyone can do nature journaling, and there are many different ways to do it.

This little guidebook includes warm-up exercises to get you started with nature journaling, and lots of ideas to keep you going. I’ve suggested some of my favourite materials too. But there are no rules, and no limits to where you can take this worthwhile activity.

So what are you waiting for? You can download a free electronic copy of Make a Date with Nature or purchase a print copy here.

Why not give it a go?

'Make a Date with Nature' has been available as a free ebook from my website since publication in 2016, and has been downloaded thousands of times. But people keep buying print copies too, so I’ve just ordered the fifth print run of this little book. Thank you to everybody who has taken this little book into their heart. I hope it has opened the door to the world of nature journaling for many people.
