Refund policy

2026 retreat refunds

Please understand that we are running the nature journalling retreat as a not-for-profit initiative, led by volunteers. Our refund policy reflects the event’s non-refundable fixed costs.

If a request for cancellation is received no later than 10 April (that is, 28 days prior to the start date of a retreat) a refund of 70% will be issued.

If a cancellation request is received between 11 April and 24 April (that is, between 27 and 14 days prior to the start of a retreat), 20% of the retreat cost will be refunded.

If a cancellation request is received after 24 April (that is, less than 10 days prior to the start of the retreat), none of the retreat cost will be refunded.
